Depending on the laboratory's testing requirements, collection may involve a maternal blood specimen and a cheek-swab specimen from the alleged father. Specimens are professionally collected, documented, packaged, and prepared according to laboratory requirements. Testing eligibility and laboratory analysis are determined by the DNA laboratory.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations, missed appointments, and no-shows may require a new booking and may be subject to applicable fees. Mobile service and after-hours appointments may have additional requirements or fees. Please arrive on time with a valid photo ID and any required testing documents, authorization forms, or laboratory paperwork.
