Administration of an oath or affirmation when required for an eligible document or proceeding.
Signature Witnessing — $5 Per Signature
Professional witnessing and notarization of eligible signatures when required.
What Does a Notary Public Do?
A Notary Public serves as an impartial witness during certain document signings.
Depending on the type of notarial act required, the notary may verify the signer's identity, witness a signature, administer an oath or affirmation, and complete the appropriate notarial certificate.

The Notary will review the document for the information necessary to perform the requested notarial act. The Notary does not provide legal advice or determine which legal document you should use.
Step 4 — Complete the Notarial Act
The appropriate signature, acknowledgment, jurat, oath, affirmation, or other eligible notarial act will be completed.
Step 5 — Payment
Your final charge will be based on the notarial services performed plus any applicable mobile or after-hours travel fees.

After-hours availability may be offered. After-hours / Friday evening mobile travel adds $20 to the applicable service and travel charges.
